Warranty and outdoor use of AirTracks
Our AirTracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Please note that intensive outdoor use may shorten their lifespan.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and moisture can cause the material to age, resulting in discoloration, drying out, or stickiness of the surface.
- When an AirTrack is left outside 24/7 — especially under trees or on damp surfaces like grass — this can damage the material more quickly and weaken the adhesive layers.
- We recommend always storing your AirTrack dry, clean, and folded in a cool, dry place after use.
- Damage or material aging caused by prolonged exposure to sun, rain, moisture, or dirt is not covered by the warranty.
- Our standard warranty only covers manufacturing and production defects.
To enjoy your AirTrack for as long as possible, we recommend maintaining it properly and storing it promptly after use.
What is the lifespan of an AirTrack?
