Protecting your Airtrack
Prevent wear and keep your AirTrack in top condition with these simple tips.
Prevent damage
There are a number of precautions you can take to prevent damage to your AirTrack . For example, always take off your shoes when using an AirTrack. Be careful with sharp objects near your AirTrack. The bottom of the mat should also be free of sharp objects, so make sure you clean the surface thoroughly before you put down the AirTrack.
Furthermore, it is advisable to use an Anti-slip mat under your Airtrack. This dampens the sound, ensures that your Airtrack does not slide and helps protect your Airtrack from holes.
Transporting an AirTrack
Be careful when moving the AirTrack. Never drag the mat across the ground, but lift it up by the sides. If you want to use the AirTrack outside, it is advisable to use a clean surface. This way you ensure that the mat is less likely to be damaged.
Ensure sufficient air pressure
To prevent damage, make sure there is enough air in the AirTrack before you use it. In warm temperatures you will notice that the air pressure increases, while it decreases when it gets colder. Are you planning to leave the AirTrack outside? Then it is a good idea to pump a minimal amount of air into it, to prevent overpressure when temperatures get warmer.
