Mermaid swimming ensures that many children who would otherwise rarely or never go to the pool after their B diploma are challenged to go swimming again. Not only good for their condition and creativity, but also for swimming safety!
The result of this trend is that mermaid swimming lessons are popping up like mushrooms. And although we applaud these lessons, there are too many “instructors” who just do whatever they want. This false sense of security causes children to become overconfident because they think they can swim well and this is dangerous.
