Don't worry, returns are easily arranged.

We understand that you sometimes change your mind. No stress: returning and exchanging with us is very simple.

Your reflection period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions

  • Return the product complete and preferably in the original packaging.
  • For mermaid tails, bikinis, and monofins: exchanges are only possible if they have not been used for swimming.
  • Products must be clean and tidy to qualify for return or exchange.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for a return.


Do you want to register a return?

Do you want to exchange or return something? Follow the steps below:

  1. Download the return form and fill it out as completely as possible.
  2. Include the return form in the package along with the product you wish to return. Make sure the product is complete, clean, and preferably returned in the original packaging.
  3. Send the package to our return address. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. For an exchange, you do not pay extra shipping costs.
  4. Receive your refund or exchange. Within 14 working days after receipt, we will refund the amount or send you a new product.

Notice: depreciation of value

Of course, you may try out a product, but please handle it with care. If the product or its packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may deduct part of its value. So make sure to return your product well packaged and in its original condition.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered?

Oh no! Did you receive something that was damaged or incorrect? Let us know within 3 days after receipt, and we will solve it for you right away.

Exchanges and returns

What kind of guarantee do you give?

We deliver high quality mermaid tails and Airtracks at an affordable price. The prices speak for themselves and the quality is reflected in our guarantee. Our mermaid tails come with a 12 month guarantee. Our Airtrack collection comes with a 2 year guarantee. Excluded from this guarantee are wear and physical damage. If in doubt, always contact us.

When will my package be delivered?

Orders for mermaid tails and Airtracks are normally delivered to you within 2 working days by GLS. If a product is not in stock, it will be clearly indicated with the product when new stock will arrive and whether products from that new stock can still be reserved. Shipments to Belgium may take one day longer.

I want to return my order and get my money back, how do I do that?

You always have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and get your money back. However, for mermaid tails, this is only possible if you have not yet swum with them. For AirTracks, they must still be in new condition. Always contact us for returns!

I received my product damaged, what should I do?

Both in the factory and in our warehouse we check the products for damage. If we miss something, we will of course solve this with you immediately. Check immediately after receiving your order for damage. If this is the case, please inform us within 3 days of receipt.

I would like to make an adjustment to my order, is that still possible?

If you have not yet received confirmation that we have shipped your order, you can always make an adjustment to your order.
