The unique designs of Mermaid Sisters are now sold in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Every working day at 14:00 in the afternoon all orders are picked up from us and delivered to the new mermaids the next day. We do not charge shipping costs for sending your order within the Netherlands and to Belgium. It is also possible to have your order sent to other countries, please contact us first.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands and to Belgium is free . For other countries, please contact us in advance.
What is the delivery time?
Orders for mermaid tails and Airtracks are normally delivered to you within 2 working days by GLS. If a product is not in stock, it will be clearly indicated with the product when new stock will arrive and whether products from that new stock can still be reserved. Shipments to Belgium may take one day longer.
What kind of guarantee do you give?
We deliver high quality mermaid tails and Airtracks at an affordable price. The prices speak for themselves and the quality is reflected in our guarantee. Our mermaid tails come with a 12 month guarantee. Our Airtrack collection comes with a 2 year guarantee. Excluded from this guarantee are wear and physical damage. If in doubt, always contact us.
Can I exchange my product?
You can always exchange a product within 30 days of receipt. For mermaid tails, however, this is only possible if you have not swum with them yet. For AirTracks, it must still be in new condition. Please contact us in advance to discuss an exchange.
