Warranty & quality of our AirTracks
Our AirTracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Please keep in mind that intensive use outdoors can shorten the lifespan. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture can lead to aging of the material, such as discoloration, drying out, or stickiness of the top layer.
When an AirTrack is left outside permanently, for example on grass or under trees, this can damage the material more quickly and weaken the adhesive layers. Therefore, we advise storing the AirTrack clean, dry, and folded in a cool, dry place after use.
Important: damage or material aging due to sun, rain, moisture, or dirt is not covered by the warranty. If you have doubts or questions about maintenance or use, please feel free to contact us.
Can I return or exchange my product?
What are the conditions?
- Product must be in new condition (mandatory for AirTracks).
- Preferably return in the original packaging.
- Handle the product carefully to prevent depreciation.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days after receipt of your return, we will refund the amount. Return costs are at your own expense.
