Shipping policy – Mermaid Sisters

At Mermaid Sisters, we find it important that you know exactly what to expect when you place an order. On this page, you can read all about our shipping methods, delivery times, and frequently asked questions about shipping.

Shipping costs

For shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge no shipping costs. For deliveries to other countries, you can contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities and costs.

Delivery Times

Orders of mermaid tails and air tracks are usually delivered within 2 business days via GLS. For shipping to Belgium, delivery may take 1 business day longer.

You will automatically receive a track & trace link as soon as your order is shipped, so you can easily track your package.

Out of stock?

If a product is (temporarily) out of stock, we clearly indicate this on the product page. There you will also see when we expect new stock and whether you can reserve a product from that delivery in advance.

Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium

Do you want something delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium? Please contact us in advance. We would be happy to discuss what is possible.

Pickup

Unfortunately, pickup is not possible. Mermaid Sisters is an online store and does not have a physical location or pickup point.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are counted towards processing on the next business day. No orders are processed or shipped during weekends and holidays.

Returns and cancellations

Do you want to return an item? Then check our page about the return policy for instructions and conditions. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped. If your order is damaged or has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.

Delays and exceptions

Although we always strive for fast and careful delivery, there may be exceptional cases where your order is delayed. This can be due to high demand from the carrier or unforeseen circumstances in the supply chain. We will, of course, do our best to inform you about this in a timely manner.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a track & trace link. This way, you can always track your package to your door.
