Does an MMS AirTrack already come with a pump?
Yes, our AirTracks come standard with an electric pump. This separate pump is ideal as a replacement, extra or for use with other products .
What can I use this pump for?
Our electric pump is suitable for AirTracks, SUP boards, inflatable pools, sports mats and other large inflatables. Thanks to the high air pressure and suction power, it works quickly and powerfully.
Does the pump only inflate, or also deflate?
Both! The pump has a blow and vacuum function . This allows you to inflate quickly and deflate effortlessly - ideal for travel or storage.
What is the warranty period?
- 12 months manufacturer's warranty on material and manufacturing defects.

Which pump is right for you?
- 500W – Compact & Basic
Inflates at 1600 L/min. Strong enough for small to medium Airtracks. Convenient if you don't use the pump daily and speed is somewhat less important to you.
- 600W – All-round choice
Inflates at 1800 L/min. The perfect balance between power and speed, and our recommendation for all Airtracks. Ideal for families, schools, or athletes who use their Airtrack regularly.
- 800W – Super fast & Powerful
Inflates at 2300 L/min. Our fastest pump, specially designed for medium to large Airtracks. Perfect if you often need to set up and take down, or just want the fastest results.
- On the go or without power
No outlet nearby? Go for the 12V car pump, the double action hand pump, or the compact foot pump. This way, you always have your Airtrack ready for use in just a few minutes, anywhere.
Why doesn’t the nozzle fit onto the hose?
We often get the question why the nozzle doesn’t seem to fit properly onto the hose. This is because the nozzle has an English (reverse) thread, unlike most screw systems.
If you try to tighten it in the usual way (clockwise), it will actually loosen. So try again, but this time turn it counterclockwise to secure it properly.

Orders for Airtracks are usually delivered within 2 business days by GLS. Shipments to Belgium may take one extra day.
Warranty & quality of our AirTracks
We provide high-quality AirTracks at a fair price. You automatically receive a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and production defects. Wear or physical damage from use is not included.
Our AirTracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, please note that intensive outdoor use may shorten their lifespan. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture can cause material aging, such as discoloration, drying out, or stickiness of the surface.
Leaving an AirTrack outside permanently, for example, on grass or under trees, can accelerate material deterioration and weaken adhesive layers. That’s why we recommend always cleaning, drying, and folding your AirTrack for storage in a cool, dry place after use.
Important: damage or material aging caused by sun, rain, moisture, or dirt is not covered by the warranty. If you have any doubts or questions about maintenance or usage, feel free to contact us.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, you always have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
What are the conditions?
- The product must be in new condition (mandatory for AirTracks).
- Preferably return it in the original packaging.
- Handle the product carefully to avoid any loss of value.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving your return. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
