Is this valve cap suitable for all AirTracks?

The cap is suitable for all MMS AirTracks and for most standard valves of similar inflatable models. If in doubt, you can always send us a picture of your valve.

How do I know if my valve cap is really broken?

If the cap is loose, missing, leaking , or won't snap into place, it's time to replace it. A malfunctioning cap can cause air loss or damage to the valve itself.

How do I attach the new cap?

The cap is simply screwed or clicked onto the valve (depending on the model). No tools are required.

what do you use this for?

A well-sealing valve is essential to maintain the air pressure in your AirTrack. Without a cap, air can slowly escape, making your AirTrack softer and less safe to train on.

What are the shipping costs?

What is the delivery time?

Orders for Airtracks are usually delivered within 2 business days by GLS. Shipments to Belgium may take one extra day.

Warranty & quality of our AirTracks

We provide high-quality AirTracks at a fair price. You automatically receive a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and production defects. Wear or physical damage from use is not included.

Our AirTracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, please note that intensive outdoor use may shorten their lifespan. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture can cause material aging, such as discoloration, drying out, or stickiness of the surface.

Leaving an AirTrack outside permanently, for example, on grass or under trees, can accelerate material deterioration and weaken adhesive layers. That’s why we recommend always cleaning, drying, and folding your AirTrack for storage in a cool, dry place after use.

Important: damage or material aging caused by sun, rain, moisture, or dirt is not covered by the warranty. If you have any doubts or questions about maintenance or usage, feel free to contact us.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes, you always have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

What are the conditions?

  • The product must be in new condition (mandatory for AirTracks).
  • Preferably return it in the original packaging.
  • Handle the product carefully to avoid any loss of value.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving your return. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
