Our AirTracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Please note that intensive outdoor use may shorten the lifespan.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and moisture can lead to aging of the material, such as discoloration, drying out, or stickiness of the top layer.
- When an AirTrack is left outside 24/7, especially under trees or on damp surfaces like grass, it can damage the material more quickly and weaken the adhesive layers.
- We advise storing the AirTrack always dry, clean, and folded in a cool, dry place after use.
- Damage or material aging due to prolonged exposure to sun, rain, moisture, or dirt is not covered by the warranty.
- Our standard warranty only covers manufacturing and production defects.
To enjoy your AirTrack for as long as possible, we recommend maintaining it well and storing it promptly after use.

Warranty & quality of our AirTracks
We provide high-quality AirTracks at a fair price. You automatically receive a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and production defects. Normal wear or physical damage from use is not included.
Our AirTracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, keep in mind that intensive outdoor use may shorten their lifespan. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture can cause material aging, such as discoloration, drying out, or stickiness of the surface.
Leaving an AirTrack outside permanently — for example, on grass or under trees — can accelerate material deterioration and weaken adhesive layers. Therefore, we recommend always cleaning, drying, and folding your AirTrack for storage in a cool, dry place after use.
Important: damage or material aging caused by sun, rain, moisture, or dirt is not covered by the warranty. If you have any doubts or questions about maintenance or usage, feel free to contact us.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, you always have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
