Is the monovin suitable for all Mermaid Sisters tails?
Yes! The monovin is specially designed for the Mermaid Sisters mermaid tails. Do make sure to choose the right size (see below).

What size monofin do I need?

Small – suitable for mermaid tails size 4


Medium – suitable for mermaid tails size 6, 8, 10 and 12


Large – suitable for mermaid tails size XS, S, M and L

What material is the monofin made of?
The monovin is made from the same material as a wetsuit: flexible neoprene with a flexible plastic fin. This provides a perfect balance between comfort and sturdiness in the water.

How is the monovin attached to the feet?
Due to the innovative design, the fin fits comfortably without pinching. Thanks to the stretchy neoprene cover, you don't have to worry about shoe sizes.

Is the material safe for swimming in chlorine or salt water?
Yes, that is possible! Rinse the monovin after use with tap water to keep the material nice.

How much warranty do you get?
New this year is also the extra extended warranty. We are so convinced of the quality that we can increase the warranty on the new collection to 12 months!

What is the delivery time?
Orders for mermaid tails are usually delivered the next working day in the Netherlands if ordered before 14:00 via GLS. For Belgium, the delivery time is approximately 2 working days; sometimes this can take one day longer.

How much warranty do you provide?
We deliver high quality mermaid tails at an affordable price. The prices speak for themselves and the quality is reflected in our guarantee. Our mermaid tails come with a 12-month guarantee. If in doubt, always feel free to contact us.

Can I exchange my product?
Within 30 days of receipt, you may always exchange a product. However, for mermaid tails, this is only possible if you have not yet swum with them. Please contact us in advance to discuss an exchange.
